We aim to ship goods within 2 working days of your order. Orders placed over a weekend will be packed and dispatched the following Monday.

Free shipping on orders over $50NZD (via courier 1 - 3 business days once dispatched)

$8NZD shipping on orders under $50NZD (via courier 1 - 3 business days once dispatched)

Please allow extra days for delivery to rural addresses.

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address during checkout.

Australia:

Free DHL express shipping on all orders over $60NZD (2-3 business days from dispatch)

$9.95NZD DHL express shipping on all orders under $60NZD (2-3 business days from dispatch)

Worldwide:

Free NZ post shipping on orders over $250NZD (up to 10 working days from dispatch)

$15NZD NZ post shipping on orders under $250NZD (up to 10 working days from dispatch)

International deliveries:

For purchases outside of New Zealand you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders.

Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur in order to release your goods.

We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges.
